The reserve will only be confirmed when the client pays 30% of the totality in account: 2077/0108/84/1103575261 The total payment will be paid to the delivery of keys the day of the arrival. For the stays of more than one week, it will be necessary to pay a guarantee of 20% of the total that will be given back to them at the end of the stay.

Cancellations:

IF the reserve is caceled with more than 15 days of advance, it will give back all money advanced. If the reserve is annulled between 7 and 15 days before, it will return the half money advanced.
